Tips for Buying Contacts Online
Your doctor has prescribed you a certain brand and modality (dailies, weeklies, monthlies). You just need to find your box on our site! If you wear dailies, you can buy a 30- or 90-pack.
How many boxes do I need?
We make it easy! Once you find your box, decide on a 3-month, 6-month or annual supply. Note: It is important to always follow the prescribed wearing schedule for your contacts. Wearing lenses for longer periods of time than prescribed can be hazardous.
Do I have to know my prescription?
Anyone with a current, valid prescription can order online - whether you know it or not! That typically means you had an eye exam less than a year ago. We verify every prescription, and then your order ships!
I know my prescription or have a copy from my doctor.
You can add your prescription when you add your contacts to the cart or upload an image of your most recent prescription from your doctor during checkout.
I’m a customer and have ordered online before.
If you have an existing account at americasbest.com, your prescription may already be in your account! Just select your current prescription during that step. If you don’t see the correct prescription, select your store during checkout. We’ll have a copy in our system and validate the prescription for you!
I don’t know my prescription and don’t have an online account.
Add whatever box quantity you need to the cart without inputting a prescription. Then let us know your store during checkout. We’ll confirm your prescription with our store, then process the order! Quick tip: If you have a current box of your contacts, check the side of the box for your prescription.
I have a prescription from another doctor/store.
If you know your prescription, input the prescription when adding your contact lenses to the cart. Then just provide your doctor’s information during checkout, and we’ll validate the prescription.
If you don't know your prescription, we can help! Add whatever box quantity you need to the cart without inputting a prescription. Then provide your doctor’s information during checkout. We’ll contact their office to validate the prescription. Remember: If you have a current box of your contacts, check the side of the box for your prescription.

Can I use a voucher or coupon online?
We currently do not accept vouchers or coupons online at this time.
Do you accept vision insurance online?
For online orders, we do not accept vision insurance as payment for orders. We provide a receipt which can be submitted to your insurance company as an Out-of-Network purchase. Make sure you consult with your insurance provider before you place your order to determine whether they reimburse or have limits for out-of-network purchases.
What happens after I submit the order?
You’ll receive an email order confirmation with an Order #. Then we’ll validate your prescription. When your contacts are on their way, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email!
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Processing time for contacts is 1-2 business days. We ship using FedEx or United States Postal Services (USPS). If your order includes glasses and contacts, they may ship separately.

How much will my contacts cost?
Remember, all online orders ship FREE! No minimum required.
Buy in bulk and save! Some products have a mail-in rebate available when you purchase an annual supply. You’ll receive that rebate information when your contact lens shipment arrives.
