We've discontinued servicing addresses outside of the US, Mexico, Canada, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses effective May 10th, 2018.

Package Loss and Fraud

America's Best monitors package loss and credit card fraud rates for different countries and regions on an ongoing basis. On occasion, we find it necessary to require additional information prior to shipping an order and in some cases, may decline to ship an order altogether. America's Best reserves the right to decline to ship any order to any country or region at its sole discretion.

Returns

We hope you love your new eyewear, but just in case, America’s Best offers easy returns of glasses and contact lenses when accompanied by a receipt.

Glasses

30-Day Return Policy—Free Return Shipping.

We offer a 30-day no questions asked return policy when accompanied by a receipt. Returns can be initiated over the phone, online or in our stores.


Prescription Changes

Within 60 days of writing your original prescription, if your doctor changes the prescription due to vision problems you are experiencing with your glasses purchase, we will replace your lenses one time for free.

  • The replacement lenses will be made with the same lens material and treatments that were previously selected.
  • You must mail in your existing frames, though we will provide you with free return postage.

Contact Lenses

30-Day Return Policy—Free Return Shipping.

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are unopened, undamaged and in original condition.

  • Such returns will receive credit in full, excluding any shipping charges.
  • We cannot accept opened boxes and vials, as we are unable to return these to the manufacturer.

Returns Procedure

  1. Contact Customer Care by filling out our Customer Care Email Form or by calling 800-999-4758 and provide your name, order number, the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or exchange. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. After obtaining an RMA number, use the prepaid shipping label that will be emailed to you or send your return using a trackable carrier to:

Defective Products

In the unlikely event you receive a defective lens, do not throw the lens away. It may need to be returned to the manufacturer for analysis.

  • Provided the lens manufacturer agrees the lens is defective, a replacement lens will be issued at no cost.
  • Please note that defective lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same lens and prescription. We cannot issue refunds for defective items.

If you need to return Johnson & Johnson contact lenses:

  1. If you believe the Johnson & Johnson lenses you've received are defective, please contact Johnson & Johnson Customer Relations at 800-843-2020 Mon-Fri, 10AM-5PM EST (If outside business hours leave a detailed message and a Johnson & Johnson Customer Relations Specialist will contact you).
  2. Explain the defect to Johnson & Johnson and they will provide you a reference number acknowledging your complaint.
  3. Call America's Best at 877-868-8946 and supply the complaint reference number you were provided by Johnson & Johnson.
  4. America's Best will provide you with a replacement for the defective lenses in your order.
