When will I get my order?
Most orders ship within 48 orders and arrive at US addresses within 5-7 business days. Prescription eyeglasses may take 9-14 business days.
We've discontinued servicing addresses outside of the US and APO/FPO/DPO addresses effective May 28th, 2024.
America's Best monitors package loss and credit card fraud rates for different regions on an ongoing basis. On occasion, we find it necessary to require additional information prior to shipping an order and in some cases, may decline to ship an order altogether. America's Best reserves the right to decline to ship any order to any region at its sole discretion.
We hope you love your new eyewear, but just in case, America’s Best offers easy returns of glasses and contact lenses when accompanied by a receipt.
30-Day Return Policy—Free Return Shipping.
We offer a 30-day no questions asked return policy when accompanied by a receipt. Returns for online orders can be initiated over the phone or in our stores. Returns for in-store purchases are only available in our stores.
Prescription Changes
Within 45 days of writing your original prescription, if your doctor changes the prescription due to vision problems you are experiencing with your glasses purchase, we will replace your lenses one time for free.
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt.
Contact Customer Care by filling out our Customer Care Email Form or by calling 800-999-4758 and provide your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
Defective Products
In the unlikely event you receive a defective lens, do not throw the lens away. It may need to be returned to the manufacturer for analysis.
If you need to return Johnson & Johnson contact lenses:
