PROTECTION PLANS

For a low additional cost, the Product Protection Plan covers breakage with one replacement of broken glasses over one year.

Replacement glasses cannot exceed the retail value of the first pair of eyeglasses, and must be the same prescription. If the replacement pair has a lower retail value than the original, no refund will be issued.

When you purchase two pairs of eyeglasses and upgrade to our one of our special lens packages, the Product Protection Plan is automatically included. You can also purchase the Product Protection Plan separately, without the special lens packages.

Does not cover lost or stolen glasses.

Your new eyeglasses are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer defects, including material and workmanship, for one year from the date of purchase. Scratching is a normal result of use and is not considered a defect.
