He was so nice, always had a smile on his face and explained the eyeglass and contacts process to us. He should be rewarded for his wonderful customer service and knowledge. Whenever I come to this location I ask for him to help and we drive out of our way to this location just to have him help us as we know he can do it right!

I have been struggling this past year with a prescription that wasn’t right for me, and not only was your optician spot on with my new prescription, but she offered great advice and really exhibited the desire to help me with my vision issues. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and very attentive. My workplace offered a vision acuity test today, and I scored 20/20 vision wearing my new prescription, and for that I am grateful. I want to take the time to write a review for Harrison and all the workers at Americas Best! When I called they told us to come right in, no appointment needed even though they said it was very busy. Every staff member was a pleasure to talk to. The setting was comfortable, and we enjoyed being able to test the glasses freely while he picked out his frames. I look forward to making an appointment for glasses for myself.
Hats off to Jennifer/Manager. My vision plan had erroneously told me in an email to go back to the store for price adjustment that wasn't given. Although I was not entitled to a plan discount, Jennifer graciously offered one. I explained that that was ok, but she insisted. Great job! I'm so pleased. Kudos, Jennifer! I just picked up the glasses I ordered and upon the advise of my sales consultant, Jason, at your Deptford, NJ location, I got the Digimax lenses. He did a fantastic job on advising me on that and also the frames that I picked out and I couldn't be happier. I am extremely satisfied with the product and the service. He is an outstanding employee. He simply advised me on the proper products for me and I didn't feel like I was forced into purchasing anything I did not want!

He even gave me a complimentary case for the new glasses and good advice about repairing the replacement frames. I have been wearing glasses for most of my life. I have a very strong prescription and have consistently had issues with getting glasses made. I tried Americas Best for the first time just recently. Tom, the general manager made it a great experience for me. Because of the outstanding customer service I will definitely be back for future glasses. Adriana is an exceptional associate, she took time to make everything perfect for our choices. All of the Deptford people are friendly, competent and professional; Debbie is terrific, and the Dr. made a perfect prescription. My brother Curtis states these are the Best glasses he's ever worn. I came in and talked to Antonella about repairing out of warranty glasses. Couldn't afford to right now(on soc sec) but she changed my nosepads and tightened up my temples. She was so helpful. She couldn't do enough for me. I was in cust svc all my life and this woman is really good!!You should keep her very happy! She made my day a lot better. Antonella rocks!!!
I visited the Deptford location for a full eye exam & a pair of sunglasses. Dr. Jodi was extremely thorough and explained the exam. When I went out to pick out my glasses, Nina came right over to me & gave me pointers on what to look for as she entered my updated info into the computer. She helped me pick out frames & gave me suggestions on lenses as well. She was very honest & super sweet. Everyone was very polite and pleasant. Great experience!
Just wanted to thank you guys for the selection, the prices and the ability to see once again, but would like to thank one of your employees in particular Jason, guy was great, helpful, funny not to mention informative made spending my money at your place a pleasure, I dont like spending money lol, but what ever my saying so can do for this guy, please do. I have been looking for glasses for the last 1 1/2 yrs. A friend suggested I try this store. I AM SO HAPPY I DID. I met a young man named, Jason. Helpeful is not the word. He was wonderful!!! He was so patient, kind and profesional. Even suggested a couple of things that I now love. He found an error on my script. He called my dr and worked everything out. I didnt have to do anything! I picked up my glasses yesterday & I am VERY HAPPY!!
