Your new glasses are warranted to be free of manufacturer's defects, which includes material and workmanship, for one year from the date-of-purchase.
Scratching is a normal result of use, and is not considered a defect. Breakage by use or loss is not covered. If you need more coverage, consider our One-Year Protection Plan.
In the event your new prescription changes within 60 days of your eye examination, we will replace your lenses (with the same style) at no additional charge.

How Can I Protect My Glasses?
You should always keep your glasses in a case when you’re not wearing them. Always take them off with two hands, one hand on each temple (or arm). Never lay your glasses lenses facing down on any surface.
How Should I Clean My Glasses to Prevent Scratching?
For optimal cleaning, always rinse your glasses off with water to remove particles that can scratch, then spray with an eyeglass cleaner, and dry with a lens cleaning cloth.
