How Do I Get the Best Value with Insurance?

Even if you’re covered by optical insurance, our everyday low prices may be a better deal for you than some insurance coverage. Ask an America’s Best associate to help you determine how to get the best value for your situation.

Can I Combine Insurance Benefits with Promotional Offers?

No, insurance benefits cannot be combined with promotional offers, including our two pair offer. In some cases, you may save more by not using your insurance benefits. Our associates are happy to help you in determining which way will save you the most money.

Can I File a Claim Out of Network?

Let us know if you’re filing an out-of-network claim, and we’ll try to help you maximize your benefit. Be aware that if you purchase an Eyecare Club, it can't be covered by insurance, since it’s a multi-year program.

How Can I Be Certain You Take My Specific Insurance Plan?

It’s always best to call your local store and ask specifically about your plan. Be sure to have your plan name handy. Click here to find the store nearest you.

Flex Spending Accounts (FSA)

Did you know eye exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses can be paid for with your flex spending account? It’s a great way to use your benefits and ensure you get maximum value.

Typically these benefits must be used annually by December 31st. Check with your plan administrator to see if you have any extra money in your account...use it, don’t lose it.
