United States Open Directory Project (www.usodp.org), a.k.a. AmericasBest.com receives over 1,000,000 unique visitors each year.

Once listed, we rely on feedback from consumers and the "report a link" from users for listings to either remain on the site or to be removed from the site.

Consumers like us because if we receive a complaint from them, we work on their behalf to get their problem resolved with the merchant. If the merchant does not resolved the problem with the consumer to our satisfaction, we will remove the merchant from our system. This gives the merchant an incentive to resolve issues and problems with buyers quickly and to the satisfaction of the consumer as well.

AmericasBest.com monitors sites that provide information, and we will not list or continue to list any website that does not meet or continue to meet our standards.

AmericasBest.com strives to maintain a family friendly site with quality website links and information and does not list or rate "Adult Websites".

AmericasBest.com limits listings to only one(1) listing per domain name per category to minimize duplication in the directory.

AmericasBest.com only lists English language websites in the United States section of the directory or websites that can be translated into English for the International section of the directory.

AmericasBest.com does not tolerate "spam" and does not list companies involved in spamming activities.

AmericasBest.com reserves the right to refuse and/or remove any advertising we deem inappropriate.
